In this tutorial I show you how to over-line your lips and use both a darker and a lighter lipstick as well as a gloss in order to create a 3D effect and give them a fuller appearance. This is a great method to use if you feel that
your lips are in need of a bit of plumping up, or if you have an uneven lip
line this method can be used to even out any imperfections. While I have over-lined
my lips quite dramatically to demonstrate just what can be achieved, it’s obviously
completely up to you how much you choose to do so.
